Yes — upload your studio logo in Studio Settings (Pro plan). It appears on presentation cover pages, PDF page footers, and client share links, shown alongside the Board Composer mark.

Generate a private share link from any project revision. Your client opens it without creating an account — they can approve, reject, or comment on individual products. All feedback syncs to your board instantly.

Your projects stay in your account. Limits revert to the Free plan — you can't add new items beyond the Free quota, but nothing already there is deleted or locked: every project remains available to open, edit, export and share. Your data is kept for as long as the account is in use, and for one year after your last visit. Deleting your account removes your data immediately, and the images stored in it within 30 days.

Yes — within 14 days of your purchase, no reason needed, as long as your account has stayed at or below 32 products (projects and catalogue combined). That is twice the Free plan, so you have room to test the service properly before deciding. Past that, you can still ask and we will look at your case. Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the current billing cycle.

All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Projects, client links, and feedback are protected by row-level security — only you and the people you explicitly share with can access them. Share links use cryptographic tokens that cannot be guessed.

Board View and Plan View are optimized for iPad touch — pinch-to-zoom, touch drag, full canvas interaction. We recommend desktop for initial project setup and catalogue management.
